The shipping charge was unreasonable. UPS took 6 days to deliver. HAD YOU SEMT IT BY us mail it would be here in a few days and the cost would be probably a third of what UPS ( or MEDSHOP) charged.

I had a problem of ordering too much of an item. I had to cancel the order completely in order to reduce the number of items ordered. There was no way of just subtracting from the number ordered. The one I contacted completely misunderstood me.

I'm an expatriate, living in China. Other vendors delivery costs are not as high. For the delivery cosyts charged by MedShop, other vendors ship express courier (2-3 working days).

Really wanted the Fougera lanolin hydrous, had to get the Vit A/D ointment. Too much quantity and not what I originally wanted. I will try it out and see if I like it. Got it late.
