They charged me a higher price without any notification than what I ordered. How many times do these things happen and people don't even notice? There was no one to call, so I had to email and still don't know the outcome.

I assumed that the replacement filter I ordered for my coffee press would have the rubber gasket ring around it, which it did not. What good is the filter without the gasket?

The e-mail I received indicated that the product would be sent UPS ground in 3-5 days - the product took over 4 weeks to receive. Sorry my first response was over 255 characters - what kind of crap is that for feedback?

The shipping is too expensive. It is same as products. This will stop me to continuew to purchase form yout website if I can find another source.

I have no problems with the product or delivery. However, for some reason my order was doubled. After contacting customer service one of the orders was cancelled. However, my credit card still shows that I have been billed for both orders.
