Our order did not come with a manual or installation information. I had to contact the manufacter to get a manual and instructions. There was no receipt or packing information for me to use in my company's accounting payment policies.

The reason I used your web site was that I googled the product I wanted and you came up. That is mainly how I pick online sites. However, if your name came up again on a google search I would be inclined to use you again.

placed my order then got an email the next day saying it was backordered. Days later I wanted to check status but online tool indicated there was no order placed. Emailed using the address given in the order confirmation but the mail bounced. Called customer service for help. They could not find the order but took my information and promised to call back. Days later I called since no one called me and was told the order would ship in 2 days. A week later the order finally arrived. (more)
