When I ordered, website said all items were in stock. My confirmation said one item was not in stock. this makes me wonder if i will get my item in time. i wouldn't have ordered it unless it was in stock. i needed both items friday night, 5 biz days after i ordered. both items showed up a day late. Delivery of our purchase was even quicker than expected. I am getting a bit concerned though, that we have not yet heard anything from Wells Fargo, who supposedly is handling our payment plan, which was done through WWBW. I have no idea how to start paying off this purchase! (more)

Ordered item on sale. Stated it was in stock. Waited about 1 1/2 weeks. Called, was told the items seemed to be on back order. Offered me different but simular item. Accepted. Recieved on time. Web site would not work when "View Details" was pressed. Attempte about three times prior to calling. This is not the first time I have had problems with wwbw.The other was with a clarinet stand.
