With the sax I purchased - the lyre hole was round. Most mb lyres are square. Please tell the manufacturer of this, or supply a round-ended MB lyre/notate it on the product information. 10 minutes with a dremel fixed the problem for me.

The product shipped to me was damaged before it was shipped to me. This should have been identified and mitigated prior to shipping.
