I ordered a 128 MB memory but after I installed it in the printer, the printer showed only 64 MB.

I have been orderign memory from memory10 for several years now and have never had a problem with the products or delivery. I will continue to be a loyal memory10 customer.

Low rating and product return due to DOA memory. Requested replacement and was instructed to do an RMA. With a DOA I would have expected to see replacement items shipped immediately. RMA process notyet complete, replacement RAM not yet received.

I have returned the products I ordered because they are not working the way they should. I ordered 3 256 mb rams and they are only registering on my computer as 128 mb.
