Did finally get delivered, but the packaging was not secure, lid was actually sticking out of box. Everything seems to be fine however.

I was looking for a kuhn rikon pressure canner and the model that I purchased was indicated to be such. When I received it the pot will hold only 3 quart jars at a time to can. This is just not practical when you wish to put up 3o quarts in a day.

Other than the fact that the product was on backorder, I found dealing with FactoryDirect2you was an excellent experience. The customer support was superior and I definitely will use them again.
