Overall I was satisfied and it came in a timely fashion. However, I was unable to view any of my tracking information, so it made me a bit nervous about when it was coming and if it was. I was happy when it arrived, and everything worked out great.

my only gripe was that the item was on backorder for a week. I think that should have been stated when order was placed.

If a product is out of stock I think that should be clearly stated before someone orders the item. I had no problem waiting but I would not have had to call if I had known that upfront.

Made an order for a set of knives. did not recieve in the specified time. when i called the rep said he could have the set sent by pulling together indvidual items. good customer service by the rep, should not have been needed.

I was told the order was on "backorder" via email so I called to find out when I might receive it and was told that I wouldn't and the item hadbeen discontinued. I shold have been informed of this rather than my having to call.
