My shipment was delivered to the wrong apartment....luckily the other tenent returned it to me....product was fine when it arrived.

when i ordered my contacts they said theyd ship within 9 days. it was almost a month before i received my order.they finally said they had to get them from the manafacturer.it was taking longer.i feel they should have e-mailed me to keep me informed,instead of me having to contact customer services every time i had questions..... Ordered non-special order contact lenses and after 12 days there was still no estimated shipping date provided, and needless to say, no product delivered. In communicating with LensDiscounters via email, their reply was a patronizing diatribe about how important my business is, and all providers were/would be experiencing the same delay in order fulfillment. So I communicated with the manufacturer, Ciba Vision, regarding the availability of the product, and their customer service arm stated the lenses were in stock and available for shipping. The shipping company delivered the box severely damaged. We are lucky that our product didn't fall out in route.
