I have not received what I purchased on 6/14 and am quite disappointed with this process- I have now waited 2 weeks and had to go to store to purchase it

This product arrived on time but did not work. The boot up process does not work. I am very disappointed that this computer, or at least the operating system, does not appear to have been tested before being shipped.

I'm disappointed about the amount of gigabyte in the hard drive. It advertised as 320GB but only 284GB
