Overall customer service is very bad. You cannot get a real person on the phone. When you leave a message they do not get back to you. I have emailed twice and called twice with no response. I would never order from them again.

The quality of the product was excellent, but the color of the cushions were not satisfactory for my purposes when I was trying to match a certain color which is hard to determine online.

I ordered 2 other slipcovers did not like fabric. Called for weeks to try and reach someone left messages finally got someone. I returned it which cost me $10 have not got a reciept that is was there and still no credit on my account. Not ver easy
