This Onkyo system was exactly what I wanted, I have been waiting until I could purchase one. I was going to go to a local dealer and purchase a 5.1 system @ 650 watts, instead I got the 7.1 @ 1200 watts for less money.

advertise product as like new open box, price is lower than brand new one. When I requested to return they said there is a restocking fee because it is a brand new product only it is open box.no clear definition of brand new. to me new is unopened...

Was satisfied with purchase except for the Tributaries HDMI cablet that I thought was manufactured in the US not china. If I knew this I would have bought the cheaper Monster cable.
