The only thing I did not notice available when ordering was a notation that the refurb product could have dents or dings, it was printed on the outside of the box when I recieved the order. The merchandise was in perfect condition, no dents or dings.

Hi Mark I just wanted to take this time to tell you to thank you for all your assistance and to tell you that I have received some of the best customer service from your company of any on-line retailer. I have heard horror stories about customers dealing with unscrupulous or non-responsive on-line retailers, especially stores offering low prices and I have to say I was a little hesitant ordering from your company at first. However, your customer service has been top-notch. I have received all my items from you as promised and you made the return process as simple as possible on the items that I returned. Mark was extremely helpful in our on line chat. He was extrememly courtious and knowledgable of the product.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I spent $700 for a receiver in January, it is now April and I still do not have a working unit. They did replace the 1st unit for free after I left 5 messages for Larry and finally went through the operator until I could talk to someone. The 2nd unit did not work either so I called back immediately and again, no one would return my call. I finally spoke to the owner (Mark) and he said that it has been more than 30 days, so he is not willing to do anything to help. If they would have returned my calls, it would have been within 30 days. He told me that they do not make the receiver, they just sell them, so it is not his fault. I was... (more)
