Sizing chart on product was off significantly and Halloween costume my 4 year old was dying to wear was unusable.
Custumer service told me there was no way they could get a larger size to me in time for the holiday and to just return the item.

There was no E - Mail ccnfirmation of the order and no notification of shipping. It arrived 1 day late. It arrived in perfect condition.

The little 2 1/2 year old girl I watch over was thrilled with her Max and Ruby dolls. And so was I. They are so cute and well made. I received them in the time expected and in excellent condition.
