The shoes were beautiful and of good quality and workmanship. However, one pair of shoes ran extremely narrow although they were the same size as the others. I was forced to return them and there were none available to exchange them for.

Shipping cost, to have a more timely method of delivery. I would have used the US Postal Service, because they delivery on Saturdays.
