Good experience, however I was not satisfied with the fact that I recieved no tracking number to see where my package was. I did recieve my order on time.

Only "support" issue is memory arrived with no instructions. Maybe they are online? I just used prior experience to install new memory on iMac.The product itself had no problems - excellent!
