AJ Madison stated (on the phone) that the order would ship in two or three days. It took over a week before the order shipped.

We ordered a microwave and it was lost. Another shipped a week later and was delivered. Customer support corrected the problem. As long as situations like this are handled properly AJ Madison will continue to get my support and business.

There needs to be a statement on the delivery instructions stating that you can't give instructions if item is shipped UPS. Also, I ordered this item on 9/10/09, and it took 2 weeks to get here. That's not reasonable. Plus I had a horrible time with...
