They provide an excellent service, and deliver what they promise. The piece was perfect, and arrived in time (7 days is a lot to expect overseas). I will order from them again.

I ordered an item for my wedding anniversary and it did not show up on time. I actually paid for two day air so it would not be late; however, someone indicated "involuntary signature" on the shipping information.
