What should have been a 30 min. assembly, turned into about 2hr. One of the holes in the base was not completely drilled through. Had to drill out myself and go to hardware store to get sleeve to finish the assembly.Disappointed

I ordered from the NEX website and I paid for 2-3 days delivery, because it was a gift. I don't remember how long it took for delivery but it was more like 2-3 weeks. Not given an delivery status update either.

Two emails 4 status update 2 B delivered. Always the same, "it is set for the next day". Another week and nothing. By phone "it is expected to be shipped the next day". 3 weeks 4 this product to not B shipped-no reason. I will not use your site...

This was an AAFES vendor and will not ship my item to and ARMY post office. I was not at all satisfied with this vendor and have recommended that all other Army spouses not use them as a vendor since they will not ship to ALL Army.
