Royal is the only manufacturer of the size bag I buy -- that is not a problem, though, as the service is first-rate. The website is easy to navigate and orders are shipped quickly and accurately. I will happily buy from Royal again.

Fedex did not deliver my package during business hours and showed we were closed.On the third day when I spoke with Fedex rep. in the AM she said it would be delivered that day and later called back and said the driver could not get there by 5:00...

Shipping was way too expensive. Could have been sent ground UPS for much more reasonable rates. Won't use you again unless other shipping is provided.
