The filters that came with the unit were obviously used (covered with dust). When I called the company I was told they could not send me new filters until I returned the ones in the unit. I am now waiting for them to send me a box to return them.

I was surprised to find out that the product had such specific instructions for placement of the item. It would have been helpful to be made aware of these restrictions before purchasing.

The phone number on their web site was always busy when i called.
they did not reply to my e-mail asking about my late product.
Poor service. misleading advertisments stating "sent out in 1-2 days".
