Everything was rated a 10 except the delivery. I ordered these products (New Orleans Saints) 30 days before my husbands birthday and still have not received the main items.

I was disappointed that I order a shirt that stated it was in stock and then recieved an e-mail that they no longer had it. Otherwise, everything was delivered on time.

I was not notified that there would be a delay in sending the shirt but the lanyard was here in a timely manner. We are very happy with the products.

I am disappointed that after my purchase I was told the product was not available in the quantity that I had ordered. You should have immediately refunded my money for the one product that you did not have.
