I placed an order for several games almost 2 weeks ago. Most of them arrived quickly but I still have not received one of them and another has already gone down in price.

Although my recent order was lost in the mail GameFly was quick at responding to my email & a replacement was shipped & I got within 3 days. GameFly is the best place to rent & buy video games & I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

It takes almost a week to get my games, either rented or bought. I could go to GameStop right down the block & be playing it all within an hour. The games are MUCH cheaper at GameStop & the return ploicy is much easier then Gamefly.

the only issue i had with my entire purchase is how long the USPS took to deliver the item.
