I was impress to receive my item so fast ordering from St. Thomas I love my item. The only thing I think you need to add is like in the stores you can pick how soft or hard is your bear.

The package was a Christmas gift (from santa), and when my children saw the big build a bear logo on the side of the packaging, they got all excited and A discrete shipping option would be nice

Whilst I was satisfied with the products I purchased online, the shipping to Australia was way too expensive. There is no way it would cost anywhere near $50 to ship those items so Build-A-Bear is charging unreasonable international shipping...

I absolutely love my Frosty the Snowman! It just raised my Christmas spirit up a notch. I couldn't believe how fast it got here. Thanks for the first of what I hope are happy holiday memories.
