Being in North Carolina, I had no way of knowing what would be delivered in Lynn, MA. My family saw the flowers that were delivered to my grandmother, and they just raved.

I was very impressed with the fact that they reviewed my order, identified a ship to error and called me averting a shipment to a wrong address. That shows how much attention they pay to knowing their repeat customers and getting the job done right!
