Flowers were guaranteed delivery same day. I was called later and told that shop closed. Kathy who called me told me she couldn't help me. It was too late in the day to have another shop send them on time. She didn't even try to help fix it.

Ordrd Thr for delvry Fri.Not deliverd.Called;was told theyd check.Roses delvd Sat(1day late) msg on card wrong;from someone elses order!Roses lovely-just pay more attention to detls like ontime delivry & putting right card with right order :)

My order was an extension to an already existing order. There was already a shipment due in May and the order was to be from June till Dec. I emailed you folks but nno one responded. I spoke otsomeone on the phone who said this woulfd not happen and...

They already responded but I still can't understand why the order was not as I wanted --just fruit and flowers and no snacks. I could have orderd the arrangement with snacks if that was what i wanted.
