I am waiting for a response as to whether or not I can exchange the four bottles of SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF I received because the contents appear to have oxidized. I have been a loyal customer and hope you will accomodate my request.

Although the samples option is great, it would be more helpful if one could add more samples (even for a nominal fee) to a purchase and if there were more products available in sample size. (particularly sunscreens)

Customer service should have done an outreach since they placed a hold on my order with no explanation. For 3 weekdays I called to talk to someone or at least leave voicemail but noone answered the phone and the voice mailbox remained full all 3...
