There are free samples sent together with my purchase, however the samples were not carefully wrapped and two out of 6 small bottles were broken. This is a bit disappointed.

I am waiting for a response as to whether or not I can exchange the four bottles of SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF I received because the contents appear to have oxidized. I have been a loyal customer and hope you will accomodate my request.
