Both orders required me to call them because the shipping and billing addresses did not match, so my order was put on hold. I can understand this happening the first time but not the second. I dont like having my order delayed as a result of this.

Handle was easy to find and exactly what I what I was looking for however it came with NO screws needed to mount it. I had to reuse the screws on the old handle (a different color) to mount it.

I wanted to purchase the Baldwin Edge pull (item #0465) in satin nickel. The drop down menu did not offer that finish, however Baldwin makes it and I verified with customer support that Handlesets.com has it. Ultimately it was impossible to order...

This is my second order. I was missing screws from one of the handles on my first order. I emailed Handlesets and asked how I could get the screws. They have never responded; thus a lower score.

While I am pleased with most of the order, one of the door knobs looks like it has been used. Since there is a 15% restocking fee I am not sure if I will be returning.

When we called your CS Dept with some questions, they weren't knowledgeable. We took chance and ordered what we knew was correct. Had we ordered what CS Rep recommended, we would return. They should be informed more on items.

I was happy with my purchase,but the shippng cost was very high. Paying $15.00 for shipping a lightweight $30.00 order is rather outrageous - if I had found it elsewhere I would not have bought from them.
