MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EASE OF ORDERING OUR STOVE TOP VENT HOOD. WE RECEIVED IT ON TIME, AND WE INSTALLED IT OURSELVES THE SAME AFTERNOON THAT WE RECEIVED IT. WE ARE EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE VENT HOOD.

i have checked "n/a" for some questions because we've not yet tested the product. it all looks in good shape, but we won't be installing it until the range hood shell is complete (within the next couple weeks)

Note: Fans are out of balance, and entire hood shakes, transferring rumble to the walls of the kitchen. You can hear it in the home theater so we have taken it out. We are waiting for instructions regarding replacement options.

The order status info on the web page was never updated (I think it till hsows"sent to warehouse" even now, after the order was delivered)
