I had to change from previously used product line due to discontinuing Obagi. I have not had the new Dermalogica products long enough to determine satisfaction. I was really disappointed that I could no longer get the Obagi. Hope for the same...

I ordered 2 of the same item online. My order processed as 2 units requested but never updated the total cost. I paid for & received one. I did update my order online after changing the unit quantity to 2 units but only 1 was processed. Online glitch

I was told my order would be here in 5-7 days. However, it took about 3 wks. I contacted customer support. I did receive a timely response, saying my order was back ordered. I don't understand why I did not receive notification of the backorder.
