I am comparing greatskin skin lighteners to Obagi. I will advise on the result. So far I like the 8% gel formula much better in terms of application and texture of skin.

Greatskin placed the wrong address on my shipment. Greatskin was at fault, as my recipt indicated my correct address. This delayed shipment. I contacted Greatskin by email, but recieved no response. I then contacted by phone. The representative offered no apology and acted annoyed. I did not recieve my samples. The resolution was that they would ship out my product. Note however, that at this point I should have already recieved my product. About two weeks later, I recieved my order. I am dissatisfied when I pay full price for less than stellar services. (more)

I was given 3 bonus items which I picked from a list. I received 2 items of the same product, not the one that I chose. I was quite disappointed. My choices were All-in-one Serum scalpel-less face lift; Vitamin C infusion, and Squalene with Vit E. I got 2 of the Squalene with vit E. Otherwise, I am satisfied. (more)

Good acne products

This is my 2nd time odering products from GreatSkin, 1st experience was excellent. This time no good at all! 1. Please proactively communicate to the customers regarding their orders. In my situation, I received no communication from Greatskin after I placed my order. Later waiting after 1 week when Ħ°IĦħ called up, I found out GreatSkin did not have the quantity in stock, so they were waiting for backorders. If I was proactively informed, I would have suggested that to Greatskin to ship the smaller quantity first or I would have paid additional next day shipment charges as a delivery option, to receive the goods faster. 2.
