I was not made aware that some products were on back order until I received a partial shipment. I should have been informed at the time of my order. There was also no timeframe given as to when the back-ordered products would be available.

I spent almost $300 and received a free product....actually, it was a sample...and actually, the sample was even smaller than a sample. Don't even offer it. It's not enough of a "sample" to even know if it works??
