The only thing I want is a receipt. There was NO RECEIPT in the package. I love my suitcases and definitely will reccommend Luggage Guy to others. Thank you so much for solving my problem.

The luggage set looks fantastic, I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but I will be soon for my cruise. The package mentioned a 10 year warranty but nothing was included to register the luggage so I'm not sure how that works, I will like to know

Specificially chose the set I ordered because it was advertised as includling valet straps. Called when straps were not included & was told that the set no longer comes that way & that it is no longer advertised that way on their site--TOTALLY...
