Hi was on vacation when order was placed and package came damage and I like to return for replacement of the item. It was a mcfarlanes ultimate team set (bears) let me know how I can return the item. Thanks Jose medina

Tracking the status of my order on the CLARKtoys.com web site is apparently not available. In order to do this I had go back and find my confirmation email and click on the link. Kind of awkward and inconvenient.

Only thing I would recommend is to combine shipping charges instead of charging $15.00 per box shipped!
