I ordered on Nov 12 and kept checking my credit card account to see if it had been charged. I wondered if the order went through. Checked with you via e-mail and found it would be shipped on the 24th.

It took to long to get here. I ordered on the 8th, as I knew I needed them to complete items for a show on the 20th. I got them Saturday 21st, almost 2 weeks after ordering. I shows they were mailed out on the 17th, so 4 days for shipping - Too...

One of my items was back ordered. I was unaware until I contacted them about the amount of time it was taking. Once they had the order filled the time stated for delivery was accurate. They could have kept be better informed about the back order.

There was no packaging so the delicate sockets rattled around and 2 of the 10 were broken. Also the qty 20 sockets that I ordered were not the item photographed. I was told pictures don't count and I have to pay to return them.

When I hadn't received my order in 2 weeks, I called and was told that my order had been cancelled by the customer. I did not cancel the order, but have now ordered from a different vendor.
