When the box arrived it looked like it had been crushed. A top edge of the box was either poorly taped or not taped at all. This probably happened during shipment.

I have a complaint. I have no problem with the product,it was exactly what I was looking for, however I do have a problem with the shipping charge of $10.95 and the amount of time it took to receive my product, 12 days. What I object to the most is that the shipping cost was not made clear until after completion of the transaction. I first saw the actual shipping charge in the “order confirmation”. At the time I placed the order via the web site, there was no place in the ordering process that gave the cost for shipping up front before completing the ordering process. It was not until I hit the submit button and the transaction was completed, that I saw the actual cost of $10.95 for shipping... (more)
