I was very happy with my letterfolder however, we ordered the premium package for LF293 and did not receive the static eliminator or roller cleaner. It was sent after I called customer service. We are still waiting to get the lifetime warranty.

Product ordered Tuesday 11/17. On 11/24 (Tues before Thanksgiving), still not received. I called Letterfolders; not shipped, it was getting ready to be shipped for delivery on Wed 11/25. We close early that day so I HAD TO DRIVE TO PICK IT UP.
