I opened the box per the video. When I turned the machine on, the wheels would not turn. After consulting the manual and making several basic adjustments that should have been preset at the factory,the machine now slits the cards.

Had to call to see if the item was being shipped. They lowered the price but charged more than what I bid. They charged for shipping when it was listed as free. It was not as in picture. I had to change the toner immediately.

I only received the folder, it was supposed to come with two other cans of spray for preventive upkeep and I did not get them. But I do not know how to get in touch with who I need to, to have it corrected.But as far as the folder itself, it works...
