I appreciated the coupons, but I didn't like the fact that I got an email with 2 coupons for a $75.00 order but didn't say that you needed a $150.00 order to use both of them.

The only problem is that I had to buy orange hilighters over the web since I cannot buy them separately at the local store (only as part of a package containing other colors). But when I bought over the web, shipping cost more than the product.

The ink that I purchased was bouncing all over the box. The box was too big for the item and not enough bubble paper to keep it in place. Plus the box looked like it was thrown around a bit. So, i am not sure how the ink cartridges will work.
