You could not give me a time frame for delivery not even THAT day! I was told between 8-5PM. It came at 5:05PM. You have to do better than this. The day of delivery, you should be able to give your customers a 2 hr window delivery time. I was 46 of...

It was great that I was able to take advantage of the great price on my purchase even though my local store did not have any in stock. It was also and added bonus that it could be delivered to my local store at no charge to me for shipping.

This was the first online order I have placed with Staples...1 of my items was expected 11/25 and the rest within 2 days of the order...I am amazed at how quick my order came. Every item was sent promptly and everything was correct!! Thank you!
