I tried unsuccessfully to cancel this order a few hours after ordering.Was told it was too late to cancel, but I could refuse or return shipment. UPS dropped the shipment on my porch and drove away before I could get to door.

Ok , I did not get the discount I deserved. I am supposed to get $70 discount and I got only $50 discount in this deal.

One item took some time because much later I was notified it was out of stock. It took longer to authorize my purchase....not acceptable under any circumstances. My credit rating is excellent

I submit orders online via your Office Max Solutions website about two times a month. Because I had a gift card I had to use the regular site which made my price $7 higher thus defeating the purpose of shopping online. This was dissappointing.

No invoice of what I purchased. No notice of when Item has shipped or how. Bought netbook Oct 25, expected to receive last week. Today is 11/03, no notice of invoice, shipping anything. Would like invoices of what was charged to me.
