there was however no link or info to track my order and its potential delivery day which given the fact I was leaving town made it even worse

Not sure why there's oil residue on the outside of the box, or why it's on some of the plastic material inside the box, but (without me hooking up the product and testing it yet) it does not seem to be from the product.

They have good choices and seem to have a good customer service department, although I have had no problems to deal with which is the only true test of customer service.

I am currently in process for product damage resolution.
I cannot make a complete opinion until it is resolved.
