When i called to reauthorize my order due to warehouse complications, it took 3 days to get what i needed out of them. I kept being redirected and then hung up on. I was also kept on hold for more than 20 minutes more than once.

I wanted to track the shipment but that was not an option. The only info I was able to get was that it shipped. I may be off on my expectations, but it would be nice to have tracking info available given the shipping costs I paid.
