It blew my mind, the speed at which the merchandise was delivered. I actually ordered the merchandise for a friend who did not know how to order it on the internet.

We had ordered a crash cymbal and received a thin crash cymbal. When we called to rectify the situation, we were told that someone would have to call us back. After waiting two days for someone to call us back, we finally called again.Still no response.

i really don,t know why the odrer took so long.I pain on sept.4th 08 & it,s not here yet(28th sept)????I need the case so i can take my guitar out 2 my friends & have some much waited jams with my new guitar...
