The website listed my order as being available. I waited several days to get a confirmation email about the status of my order but eventually had to email them. Their website tracking listed my order as 'pending'. I received a reply a day later, stating that my order was not available and that I could not expect to receive it until 2 months later. I cancelled my order since I cannot wait that long. Very poor. (more)
