I always appreciate the friendly, helpful staff at Chicos and the no- hassle return policy. Their excellent service is what keeps me coming back even if might have to pay a little more! Great service is a rare thing these days. Keep it up!

The only thing I was disappointed with was that the 20% discount advertised in the e-mail I received did not take effect and I had to contact customer service to credit my order the 20%. However, they did with no problems and I ended up saving...
