My husband and I have only used it one time each but loving it so far. Very stable. Had issues with the delivery though. They used UPS Freight. They canceled twice on me, after waiting all day. Loved the threadmill, hate the delivery.

I would prefer to receive confirmation at the time of my order and before it ships. It was helpful to be called while the delivery driver was on his way to my house. I was able to meet him there without waiting around all day.

My treadmill was ordered on 9/12, and didn't arrive until 9/29. That seems like a very long time! Once it got here, it was easy to put together, had all of the necessary parts and I really like it!

I love the treadmill. I love the touch control quick setting to increase or decrease. The fan and tv are great but the tv's volume is not loud enough when the treadmill is running and the fan as well.

All the customer service agents, when contacted, never give their name or are they eager to help or courteous. I've commented on my experience before with the agent on the phone and the fact I ended up going on-line to order.

Deliver was very speedy, in less than two week my treadmill had arrived. The box was damaged but the treadmill was undamaged and is working great.

Frre shipping is great. The shipper wouldn't come off the highway though and I live 600ft. from it. He loaded it into my pickup and I had to bring it to my house!
