Overall, a very good experience. I will use your company again. The only problem I have is that what I ordered is not the right size. I had asked for assistance in determining the correct size before I ordered it, but it is too large.

I received the Shadow NanoMag in a timely manner and immediately noted that there was a loose electronic component. I called Active Musician immediately and had to leave a message. I have also left an EMAIL and have as of yet (several days later)...
