I never heard back after leaving a message. I placed my order on 11/9, but did not receive it until 11/21. Turnaround was supposed to be 5-8 days.

This is the second time I have used your company. The only issue I had was finding out when my product would be shipped. I received that information on Friday and received the product on Monday, so I am very satisfied.

Last order I used free shipping. I don't feel I receieved this order any faster after paying for priority shipping. I was unable to access the tracking via your website as I could never log in.

The cartirdge is not ptrinting prpoerly, I have been in touch with Ray in customer service and he has been very good. The problem still exists. Waiting for the OK to return the item. I have used OMNIPRO before and this is my first problem.

I have not yet received my order. I emailed Omnipro to ask about and haven't received a reply. I tried to track the order via the website but it required that a password be sent, which also never happened.

The item I received is an used item - refurbished; it was not at all advertised as such, I would not have bought it. They offer a refund but I decided it's not worth the effort. I won't buy again from them.
By the way, it was late too.

The order was not delivered on time as promised. When I emailed Omnipro about this, no explanation or apology. In fact, I think they completely forgot to process my order until seeing my email. The products were sent but very late.
