The "video" was quite helpful. #1 break was fixed under warranty. I watched the repair procedure and wrote same on washer under the cover !This was #3 break and the video reminded me to "lay it down on back".Quick job !!!Thanks again (I bought two...

The price you charged for shipping was absolutely rediculous, I mailed a 15 lb package for the same amount as your little 1lb package to me that is just ripping off your customers which you clear1y dont care about.
