I Ordered Goo Gone. You sent something other than what I ordered and what you had posted on the web site. Customer support sent me to the general purpose cleaner company to see if it will do the same thing as Goo Gone.

I ordered on a Friday afternoon & part was on my front porch at 8:20 a.m. Saturday morning. I called our local Whirlpool/Maytag distributor earlier on Friday, they said it would take about 4-5 days & their price was $10.00 more that PartSelect's.

Great site!!! I ordered one thing and then broke another part in the process of installing the first part. Overnighted the second part and it arrived the following morning. Great experience, and I will buy parts from Part Select again.

Mixer valve was not an EXACT replacement. I will not install it until my other fails--it will require rewiring, metal cutting and drilling which I'm capable of doing, but I didn't want to tackle that part yet. All other parts were perfect.

We took a chance that the part would be gray since no color was indicated as the others were black and white. It showed up white. Since the refrigerators are gray it would be helpful to offer gray parts.

I have purchase from PartSelect before and was very satified. They have parts for everything and I will continue to use them in the future. I've bought parts for my automatic washer, gas stove, and dishwasher. I could not find these parts locally.

I checked the retailer website for the parts first and they were on back order. PartSelect had what I wanted and for cheaper. The part came faster than I expected and was pleased with the experience. Thanks.
