All aspects were great except for item tracking. I continully tried to track delivery/ship status, but came back as no info loaded. Although two days later was at my doorstep. I received no email notification about shipment confirmation.

Tiger has sent me an email to confirm the delivery of the product I puchased. I have not recieved the product its now 4 days after this confirmation email and 2 weeks from the time I ordered it.

The shipping I selected was 2-7 days, and it took 10 days. I was very unsatisfied. I also found that I was charged $15 for shipping when the product came rather than the $7.99 that was on the website.

Everything went just as I expected including the delivery. I did think the unit would have shipped sooner, but with my travel schedule I would not have been home to receive it if it had arrived any sooner so it was fine.

The item Tiger Direct sent me was defective, and in fact has been recalled by the manufacturer.
