I never received an order confirmation or tracking information. When I contacted Customer Service I was told it was because I didn't supply an email address with my order. Wrong. I couldn't place the order without giving an e-mail address.

First 2 emails I received contained incorrect information and instructions. Took 2 phone calls and 3 emails to correct - this took a week. By that time item was out of stock - but I was not notified until I called after another 3 days passed.

The package stated that the unit would be delivered with TOPO USA 8. The unit was shipped with TOPO USA 7 and a Free upgade to 8. The "Free" upgrade requires that I include a check for $9.95 to cover shipping and handling. Seems un-truthful to me.
