The freight company refused to accept the treadmill for delivery because of the condition of the box. I found this to be a very bad omen. I think Smooth Fitness was trying to sell off returned or abused equipment.

Assembly instructions were awful. They were confusing, incomplete, and contained poor grammer. Whoever wrote the instructions obviously doesn't speak English as a primary language.

Shipping is way to slow. Took 3 weeks. All items were not there either. The free mat pad did not show up.

product useless for my treadmill because side rails of my treadmill overlap the sides of the running belt. therefore, the piece -o -crap oil applicating wand is basically useless, as i cant pull the belt up and get the wand through.

Some of these questions are asked too soon. I need to assemble and try the treadmill first before I can comment on it. It would be best if you limited your survey to just include the purchase phase.

My credit card was double charged. The product finally arrived today (11/18/2009) but it was defective and could not be assembled by the "white glove" team. The promo-ordered mat that was ordered did not arrive at all. Now all I have is a mess.

I customer service at smooth fitness is top notch-a company that truely still believes the customer is #1. Both times that I contact smooth fitness the customer service staff resolved my issue as soon as the problem was explaimed.
