My complete order has not been delivered as of today. I have been in contact with the shipper, Home Direct, and they indicated they neglected to ship my complete order. I am still waiting to receive the equipment mat that I ordered on 10-16-2006.

Not at all satisfied with how long it took to receive the elliptical. Purchased it on Oct 1st as a curb delivery and didn't get it until the 31st.

I like the product, but unhappy with the ordering/delivery process. When I ordered, no expectation was set for time of delivery. Delivery service not very flexible. No info on how heavy the item is, the size of the container, or expected set up time.

I contacted Smooth Fitness about an issue I have with their product. The issue remains outstanding as they have not contacted me regarding a resolution. I left a voice message and no one ever got back to me.

The order arrived after the 7-10 day delivery period. The shipping company actually brought the wrong one the first time and had to bring the correct one the next day. Cut into my schedule quite a bit to try and be around for it to arrive.
