I will be using this luggage on my trip to Thailand this July. I have traveled there several times and I am hoping this luggage with spinner wheels will help me get thru the hassels of traveling alone. The luggage seems to be high quality and weighs less than my other luggage. (more)

The zipper attaching day-back pack is defective and it won't reattach the minibackpack to the carry-on unit. Took to luggage repairman, wanted $15 and"wasn't sure it would work. Contacted you yesterday; waiting for response to proceed with options I hope you will indicate to me. (more)

good availability, easy ordering, INTERNATIONAL shipment, quick customer support, nice contact unfortunatilly no invoice in package which made me have to drive to the customs to pick up my purchase and pay taxes there (but it still went all well, just a very little hassle) (more)

The only real difficulty I had was that I found out almost a week after ordering three pieces of luggage that one piece was unavailable and this created a problem for me since it limited my time to find another matching piece. Otherwise, everyone was very pleasant and a rep even called me back to tell me exactaly when my luggage would be here - and she was correct. (more)
