I wish I had received an email telling me when I could expect the product; I got the info, after asking for it. I received the bag on Friday 2/5; 2 other bags that I had ordered from a different site, on the same evening were at my door Wed 2/3 AM.

Shipping this time was slow. Also, the product description on one of the items was not sufficiently detailed for me to make a fully informed decision. finally, you should have free shipping for frequent customers.

This luggage was a birthday present. I duplicated one piece. She said she would rather have a small bag to put her makeup and toiletries in. You do not have a small bag that matches this set. So I need to return one piece and look for something...

I thought the item must be a fair trade item as it was the same price everywhere I looked until I found it at Luggage Pros thru BizRate. My savings was $16 ($64 compared to $80).
