Ship-to-store did not work well. e-mail notification of item arrival not sent. Several days after expected arrival we checked on the web site to track the item, and found that it had arrived in the store almost a week prior.

The material of the product was not clearly stated in the description. The description stated that I would be getting a black oak entertainment center, when in reality, it was just particle board with a black "covering", or paint.

We shop at Walmart Mexico; different situation than US: less variety, higher prices, and quality of customer support largely dependent upon familiarity with Spanish.

I didn't buy from Wal Mart online, it was in store, and the only problem I had was that every time I buy this product it costs more than the time before. (dog food)

I hate WalMart and avoid it when I can. It has cllosed small businesses. It is staffed by a bunck of uneducated people when you can find one on the floor. There is no senior parking. Some of us need more help than mothers with babies.

Most csa are not helpful and hide in lanes to avoid you asking them for help. Check out is VERY slow and few lanes open. Almost a nightmare.

I don't enjoy shopping for necessities, but Wal-Mart makes it as quick and painless as possible. The store is light, aisleways are wide enough, the wait in line to pay is sometimes a little long but I don't go when I'm pressed for time.
