I actually did deal with cust service;a gentleman called me to inform me that the guitar I had ordered was back-ordered and it would be a day or 2 before it arrived. Nice touch with the personal call; he was very polite and made sure I had no ?'s.

The guitar is beautiful - it sounds great out of the box, though I think I will be changing the strings soon (they are a little too metallic, but overall the guitar is wonderful).

The key board monitor sent to me was a yamaha TRSMS02 which will not work with KORG or any other gadget other than Yamah Tyros. Spoke to Rep, Mr. Mark, am to return that item and I am promised refund of the price of the Monitor.
