I received the item very promptly which was fantastic, but they didn't seem to update their order status page. I checked it the day I received the item and nothing had changed. Other than that it was great.

They have a 15% restocking fee that I do not agree with every thing else I give excellence

Except for high shipping costs I was ok with this purchase. The price for the item was good but the shipping cost was higher than other sites.
