Customer experience GREATLY degraded from previous business experience with vendor. Reply e-mails are two or three words and do not contain information. All responses have taken 2 to 3 days to recieve, and I still do not now the status of returning a wrong item I received. I have the item I ordered, but it is the wrong color style. I have just recieved a shipment notification e-mail but no information has been recieved as to what is being shipped. I'm hoping to find the correct item and an ARS tag to return the wrong item (more)

It took close to a month to recieve items ordered.. You can never get a hold of them on the phone to ask questions or cancel order.. When you send emails to the company they reply with bold capital letters. The product was as expected but I wish they would work on getting the product out faster.. Would only shop here again if I knew for a fact items would be out a day or two after you place your order.. (more)

I placed my order on a Tuesday and my order stated it would be shipped within 2-3 days so after waiting 8 business days I checked the order again and it still stated 2-3 days to ship. So I emailed Superfoots and asked if it had been shipped, they sent me a new order status and that stated it would be shipped within 24 hours. So I again asked why my item had not been shipped and that I was not happy, so they canceled my order without providing an explanation. I do not see how hard it is to promise 2-3 days to ship out a product and wait 9 days to ship it out, and only after I reminded them of their mistake. That's unacceptable!! (more)

On time delivery is everything to online shoppers. The delivery and tracking was precise and on time. Example: I placed an order with another vender and they confiirmed the credit card payment that same day however, I did not get any tracking information for my shipment until 8 days later. In my oppinion that is just plain poor business. This was not the experience with Superfoot.com, they were precise and very responsive. That's good business. Thanks for doing business with you, I will be shopping with you again soon. (more)
