Only issue I had was that I was paying three times the price of the product for shipping, other than that no issues.

The order took 11 days to be filled from the time I placed the order on the 14th and recieved it on Sat. 25th. From the E-MAIL i recieved it was not shipped until the Monday the 18th. If this were a must have item I would be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised the item worked. I have tried others from other vendors that promised the same thing but failed to work. Also the phone support was great.

Had a defective unit, TekGems handled it perfectly. Could NOT ask for better service and support. Replacement sent ASAP. No question ! Replacement was fine. Will surely do business again Thanks guys !

The product fits our needs, however i have ordered twice, and both times the product has been out of stock and i have had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Fortunately i ordered early. Thanks
